This free regional event will be split into two themes; the morning session will cover alcohol and Domestic Violence and the afternoon theme will explore responses to alcohol use amongst children and young people. 09:45-13:00 Theme: Domestic Violence
Presentations and structured workshops will explore key issues for Domestic Violence and alcohol:
· What progress has there been in national and local policy?
- Policy developments for alcohol and violence agendas
- Are substance misuse and Domestic Violence services integrating?
- Local responses to Domestic Violence: exploring best-practice
· Opportunities for the region: future responses within local frameworks
