Change4Life

This month Balance is supporting the latest national Change 4 Life campaign, which will focus on the 9million+ drinkers in England who are regularly consuming above the Chief Medical Officer’s recommended guidelines and potentially putting their health at risk.

The national campaign, which launched yesterday, will run for six weeks and will include a 60 second television advert, an online unit calculator as well as the distribution of ‘Change for Life’ booklets, which highlight the health harms related to drinking above the recommended daily limits.
